Talk with our staff and let us design a specific program for your sport. We’ve worked with athletes from all disciplines and can design a program based on your needs and time constraints.

Small Group Programs

These are our small group performance enhancement programs designed to provide comprehensive training for the athlete. Expect to improve in foot/eye coordination, dynamic flexibility, running mechanics, lateral speed & reaction time, agility & change of direction skills, plyometrics & jumping mechanics, balance, core strengthening, explosiveness, and last but not least stamina. All small group classes will consist of 3 to 5 athletes.
