The Swimmer’s Shoulder

Wanna be a stronger, faster swimmer? This is another “prevent injury, enhance performance” program designed to decrease instability issues and increase strength and muscle endurance of the shoulder complex. The classes will educate the athlete on how to develop balanced-strength in the scapular stabilizers and the shoulder’s rotator cuff and address core and postural strengthening. Twice a week – 4 weeks



The Female Athlete

This is a “prevent injury, enhance performance” program targeted for the female athletes at risk for an ACL tear. The strategic training program addresses the potential deficits in strength and coordination of the stabilizing muscles around the knee joint. The all-star, all-sport training is incorporated into the program while educating players on strategies to avoid injury and target problems as identified in research



Hampton Road’s Combine Training

Are you ready for some football? This class is developed to produce a stronger, faster, and more explosive football player. Whether you want to come through the line with more fury or turn a five yard out into a 75-yard “sport center highlight” this camp will challenge your speed and explosive. 



All-Star All-Sport Training

Twice a week – 4 week program geared to creating a well-rounded athlete. Dynamic flexibility, agility and cutting drills, balance and stabilization training, plyometrics, resisted running, lateral speed, change of direction drills, and more!
